Aragorn believed he had not seen Boromir’s cheeks blush so sweetly in an age, not stained an angry red but suffused with a soft pink; a whisper of cloud heralding a fine day. His fingers drifted gently over heated skin and Boromir murmured gruffly to ‘Lay on, Captain!’ When he did not respond, except to kiss the rosy cheek, letting his lips take up the warmth, Boromir began to squirm and this he could not allow, bringing his hand down with a ringing smack to the thigh of the body draped across his knees, saying calmly, “You will earn this.”
